Regardless of any solution, what are the implications of vibration - does the roll cage vibrate at all - I doubt that a dedicated mounting solution will be found so something a tad more homemade will need to be used made up of bodged up parts, so any hint of vibration on the roll cage will be amplified through anything but a good solid mount.

I just Googled "roll cage dashcam mount" and there were loads of results and pics of circular mounts. Look also on Wish, BangGood and AliExpress if you can wait for a delivery from China.

Consider carefully where you put it on a roll cage - you don't want to be coming into contact with it in the event of an accident.

Is this strictly for a for and forget camera for use in an insurance claim or is it to get some cool footage? A proper action camera might be a better option, there's much more choice in mounting hardware and my GoPro Hero 5 session has built in stabilisation. The higher models can even do GPS overlays.
