The spades will easily handle 15 amps, the connection pimles too as long as the connection is clean - otherwise there would be arcing.
The spades will handle loads more if the cable is thick enough.
The cap at £11 - I totally agree.
The connector pack is expensive, but when compared to dragging thr charger our the garage by mistake, or, the carbuncle I currently have of a lead I drag out of the nose of my TVR to conenct it up, then its worth £35
