Any recommendations for a reliable fleet tracking company that have half decent customer support?

We use Verizon at work, they used to be called Fleetmatics until Verizon took over the company and they are frankly woeful. Account manager refuses to answer my calls and rarely responds to an email so it’s probably easier to cancel and look elsewhere.

It’s a faritl small fleet of 12 cars currently but that may increase over the next year or two

Depending what detail you want to go into I have used Webfleet by TomTom for over 10 years and both the tracking and support have been excellent. The system tracks vehicles in real time so you know exactly where the vehicle is, the reporting side is good to with the amount of detail you can draw down.

I have only changed due to not using a lot of the webfleet features and went to autonomies as we had a need the live webcams. But the down side to this system is the location is only reported every 15 mins if you are not on a live feed.

I’m not connect to these just used them on my company fleet and happy to recommend a reseller for these if you want.

We use Trimble at work, seem to be pretty good and deal with faults fairly quickly even when it needs an engineer to come out

Definitely do not use Teletrac/Navman, in fact just be very careful as there are so many sharks out there who entice you in with good prices and then tie you up in long contracts with poor service.
