Android head unit advice

My car has a poor Pioneer double din stereo cd/radio which is frankly crap.
So I want to upgrade to an Android unit with steering wheel control interface and rear camera input.
I don't want to spend over about £250 for the unit.
Any recommendations?

My limited experience with the android head unit leads me to believe the hardware specs makes for poor user experience (think slow glitchy and frustrating).
If it were my money, id get a headunit from a reputable brand that has android auto capability and input for reverse camera.

As my Kenwood double-din unit was starting to show its age, I thought I would take a gamble with an Android head unit.
As I had never bought or even heard one before, I was reluctant to splash out on the higher priced units like the Joyings or Atotos, so after watching a few of this guys reviews, opted for a Eonon Q03 Pro.

I have to say, I'm really impressed.
It has pretty much everything, Car Play, Satnav, Canbus integration, good sound quality, clear 10.1" screen (which is easily detached and has a limited, viewing adjustment), no response 'lag' and starts up almost immediately when used day to day (If it hasn't been used for a couple of days, it takes a few seconds to boot up as it will switch itself off). As with most other AHUs though, if you want DAB, you will need a dongle (about £30)
For about £200, I have absolutely no complaints and will even go so far as to say I really, really like it.
Edited to add, I wouldnt go below 3 Gb Ram or you risk the dreaded lag.
