Cable tidy - dash cam installation - OCD!

We’ve had better days! My wife was alone driving and a van in front stopped we think to give way, then reversed into her. Don’t think it’s a scam, just wrong gear or didn’t see her. Anyway, we had a dash cam which will prove invaluable as van driver claim my wife drive into him!
As a result I’ve order a couple of Garmin Mini 2 cameras, one for me and one for my daughter, as I’ve now seen how necessary they are nowadays.
Both of our cars (2012 Polo GTI and 2013 VW UP) only have basic rear view mirrors, so no shroud/trim. As a result the cable will need to come down from the headlining to the camera which will be behind the mirror. This is where my OCD kicks in - is there a neat thin conduit say 5 inches long I could run it in?
Any thoughts appreciated.
