I currently have Tom Tom Navigator 3 which I have been very impressed with.

I have recently changed my pda to a HW6515 but now find the menus a bit bunched/unreadable as the screen is now smaller.

Is it worth upgrading to Navigator 5? What new features does it have? Is there an upgrade route offered or do I have to buy the software at full price?

Any advice very welcome.

I upgraded a few months back, I got the upgrade software direct from TomTom (£35 I think). Some of the functions are lost such as the ability to use the PDA buttons to shortcut to menus, although some of this has been recified. However, the update does allow for postcode door to door navigation that I have found to be very good. It has a more up to date road database e.g. the M6 toll and surrounding junctions have been added and it also warns of Toll roads etc. In all. I was a bit "upset" that I upgraded to 5 as I was in my "3" rut but after having used it for a while, I wouldn't go back.

Thanks. Checked the Tom Tom site and upgrades finished in November, but a new upgrade programme will start later this year.
