Sat Nav with programmable height?

Are there any Sat Nav systems out there that;

a) Already have all the UK bridge heights programmed into them

and

b) Can be told the height of your vehicle ( 13' 6" ) and therefore be given a route avoiding anything lower?

Or am I asking too much?

The Garmin's don't specifically have that, although on my i3 you can set the vehicle type you are using which IIRC includes lorry. I haven't played about with those settings so I can't comment on any changes to routing.
