TT6 sound problem

The voice commands on my TT6/ Pocket PC keep disappearing mid-sentence, so i get "Turn right in 300...." and then nothing. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I did when i copied the voices onto a mates tom tom , i think i pulled them off and then reloaded them .
