Per the above is the latest Tomtom the 930 Traffic? And does anyone know where the cheapest website is to buy this on?

Yes it is the latest - except that the slightly lower featured 730 came out a couple of weeks later, but both within the last few weeks.

I have generally found that Halfords charge no more than internet prices, and would be much easier to take it back to if you have problems.
