How can i get his off!!?

Use a hair drier and apply gentle heat. Pry it up carefully with a blunt dinner knife, working carefully around the outside. Turn on the heated window if you have an electric one it will help, then take the hair drier outside and heat the same patch gently, getting someone else to apply gentle pressure levering it away from the window.
If all else fails, smash the window with a club hammer and claim off the windscreen insurance

...it's a sticky...mount...to suck...best thing to do would be to tug at it while warming...with a hairdrier
Fnurr!I was tossing up whether or not to insert such suggestive prose, but thought nobody would come across it at this hour!
