Anyone done IAM Advanced Driver Training?

Hi,
I'm about to book the CAT Driver Training core skills course but was wondering if anyone has done the IAM Advanced courses? What's covered?

I am keen on CAT as it's at Milbrook and with instructors with lots of experienced in not just advanced driving but also performance cars.

I've done both. CAT focuses much more on car control-IAM is more road based and human factors stuff. Both worthwhile doing; IAM keeps me safer more of the time, the CAT stuff is great for making you quicker on a circuit but also helps if it really does go wrong on the road.

IAM however is very much dependent on the Observer you get-they're voluntary so the quality can vary.
