Past the IAM test today (yay) what to do next?

Congratulations on passing.
You could become an observer for the IAM. Some of the observers on here say it helps them to keep their standards up. It would also allow you to put something back in to the group.
If you fancy more of the same you could do the RoADA test which I am told is the same as the IAM one except you are graded Bronze, Silver or Gold.
You could go down the route of professional instruction. There are numerous individuals and companies who offer these services, some of whom incorporate track work.
Finally, there is the High Performance Club. Details can be found at their website: www.hpc.org.uk/
To join you have to do some training with and be recommended by one of three 'gatekeeper' organisations. I think this is quite expensive.
There's loads of info on this forum on all of the things I've just summarised. Since passing my IAM test I've not done any of these things but the High Performance Club looks very appealing and it's something that I'm keen to do when my finances allow.
