Course which i can do ?????

Hi peeps. im new to the site so sorry if this question has been asked before,
Im 21 at the mo and drive a offroad modded 1968 beetle and a golf mk2 1.6. both of which require different driving styles, and living in norfolk allows me to fine tune these. But what i would like to know is if there is any courses i could do to improve, Now unfortulantly i work offshore so i cant say where im going to be in 2 days let alone weeks, so idealy it needs to be flexible, or several months ahead for me to plan. I would idealy like to do some sort of police course but as far as i know the local plod doesnt do them now. so i was woundering if any of you lot could help ?????
