V70 headlamp beam pattern in France

We're planning on taking the wife's early 2015 model V70 to France.
I've just had a look at the manual for her car online, I'm pretty certain she won't have xenons as I think it has very few options on it, if any.
So... this is what they suggest to do I can't believe people are really printing this out, trying to get the scale right, transferring it onto some random self-adhesive waterproof material and cutting it out. I'd rather not bother although I'm not keen to annoy les flics if I don't have to.
Any better ideas? Anywhere that sells these online? I've heard a rumour Volvo may do clip ons for some models, which sounds great, but I can't find any.
