Just looked into this. 24 months in an XC40 including insurance, all maintenance, concierge and 14 days of other car use costs £779 a month.

Seems mighty expensive for a £30-35k car. Am I missing something?

Would like to do this with an XC90 (not available yet) but I assume costs will be enormous like £1.5k+ a month

They're just being silly on the pricing.

I think the idea is good - along the lines of Peugeot's 'just add fuel' but with some bells and whistles. The insurance looks limited, and 14 days in another car isn't very generous.

As I see it, it's roughly the same as all the private lease scheme's set-up over here in Holland. Saves you the hassle of ownership (exactly what Polestar says in their press blurb) and the initial outlay of cash beforehand.

If this deal is to expensive or not depends on the allowed mileage. In 2 week I'll be picking up my new V60 company car. That's on a 3yr/180.000km contract for €1100,-/month (roughly 1000 pounds a month). 4yr/160.000km is roughly €900 to €950. All without fuel...
