I don’t appear to have a service book to stamp, has everyone else had one or is it just recorded on the cars computer these days?

I found my service book before the service - but when I mentioned it was in the car for stamping, they told me it was all electronic these days! Still stamped it though.

Cheers guys, I bet it’s on that shelf in the glove box, didn’t check there before leaving car with the dealer!

Getting it serviced tomorrow, in the mean time I have a nice 19 plate xc60 to cruise in smile

I’m considering ordering a MY2020 S90 Momentum Plus T4 on a 1+35, 10k miles, Osmium Grey and potentially with the 3 services included for £340 p/m. Is it even worth taking this servicing package? I think it works out at £400 across the term.

I’m also just not sure whether I should spec Apple CarPlay. My Skoda Superb and Golf R had it and I’m not sure whether the stock Volvo system is up to much. My current V40 is woeful...

Take the service pack its a steal at £400 for 3 years. Looking at volvo site
service 1 £320 service 2 £520 service 3 £320
have a look
https://www.volvocars.com/uk/own/maintenance/servi...

Price looks ok. Based on current offers, however not the silly bargains around last Aug - Oct.

A good price checker I've used was
https://leasing.com

I didn't bother with car play, Spotify app works ok once you log in with your account, sat nav ok (don't think the routing with traffic congestion works was well as Waze though) however if you connect phone with cable and use iPod to play your music (assuming you have iPhone) you can still listen to music and if using waze on phone the audio comes over speakers for guidance (no map visible of course) it works fine on the odd occasion I use it rather than built in.

The sensus system is fantastic to be fair. The integration of AA/Carplay in the sensus system isn't great.

I'd save the money unless you're up and down the motorway every day and need Waze etc.

Picked up my Santander V90 CC T5 yesterday. I wouldn't have been brave enough to order any shade of green on a car I was buying outright, but I thought what the hell, its only 18 months if I don't like it and I don't have to worry about any resale issues. Got to say, I bloody love the colour in the flesh, its grey, green or brown depending on the light. Goes really well with the blonde interior too. Not been anywhere in the car yet but first impressions are really good.

Hi, currently looking for a V90 lease deal, can you guys advise me where your deals are from, not too fussed whether it’s petrol or diesel.
Preferably 2yr contract and 10k pa.

Quick question for V90 owners - is it possible to ‘disable’ the remote seat fold buttons in the boot? Or have mine just stopped working?

Wtf!!
What happened?!
Guy keyed my car because his mum told him I tried to run her over (She was standing in the space trying to hold it for her son).
Before I had even got half the car in the space, she was knocking on my window telling me she was reserving the space so not sure how all of the sudden I tried to run her over'.

I waited for him to go back to his car to confront him and he ran to his car and tried to drive off.
I jumped into his passenger side and told him to stop the car.
Little bit after him refusing, he decides to bite a chunk out of my arm and stick his fingers in my eyes.

Couldn't see at all out of my right eye, the security guy turned up and I got out but the idiot drove away.

According to the police, at best this is just a common assault so maybe a caution if he has no previous.

All because apparently you are allowed to stand in a parking space and reserve it for someone.
To be fair to them, they are 100% correct, but no need for that level of rage

Sounds like two people being unnecessarily angry about something so mundane as a parking space. Life is too short to have an angry confrontation over one.

Does anyone happen to have an idea on cost of what they would charge for the 5 panels that are damaged?
Just trying to work out if I need to get it done before they collect (which was supposed to be this week/next week)
