Quite an accolade for a 15 year old design, and testament to Volvos dedication to safety. The safety of my kids was one of the major reasons I bought an XC90, but I wasn’t aware that in the UK no one has ever been killed in one! That’s a mind boggling statistic!

Yes, I read this article myself yesterday. I get my 1st Volvo on Wednesday (my folks have had Volvo's for quite a few years now) so its good to see stats like this when you have a young family like I do!
I guess Volvo's commitment that 'by 2020, nobody will ever be killed in a Volvo' is probably an achievable one.
