Since the thread had been revived, has anyone from the original deal (iCarLease/TCH not Santander) had an invoice for "RFL recharge"?

I'm on an Arval deal now nearly 2 years. Not had this. Isnt it a Road Fund Licence charge which they usually stipulate that they will add extra on should vehicle tax increase?

got charged an extra £6 in May for the increase in RFL for second year

Thanks, it's because I've still got the car just beyond the end of contract while collection is organised. Won't be charged and the invoice will be cancelled once the car is returned.
As above, I also had a small charge last year due to increase in RFL, think it was £10 from memory but this invoice was over £200.
