Just bought a V50 T5 R Design!

I've been reading a bit about them, shall read some more! They just strike me as something a bit unusual and somewhat more interesting than the V50.

Have you checked the windscreen? Around 2009 Volvo were using a glass sealant that fails easily. I had to have the windscreen removed and refitted in both my C30 and my o/h's XC60. If you push the inside of the windscreen at the top near the roof and it moves, the screen sealant has failed. A very common fault on this age of Volvo. In both instances with ours, the water runs down the pillars and soaks the footwell carpets.
