Broken Volvo Speedo cluster...Help

Im posting here in the hope someone can give me some advice on what to do or where to go....

The car in question is a 2002 Volvo S40 Bi Fuel.

It was sitting for a few weeks when my Mum was on holiday and started fine on return but the speedo needles did not move to show speed revs etc, also the miles and info from the lcd panel has dissapeared.

The speedo unit has been removed from the car and i took it to a car electrican but they dont do them in house so would have to send it away with no idea of cost etc.

I wondered of anyone could give me any advice or reccomendation on where to send the cluster to be fixed?
