S80 T6 - Cold Start Problem

Hello All advice please for a long time lurker small time poster...

For the last few weeks on starting the car, when cold, it fails to settle to a steady idle for the first minute or so and on engaging reverse, before the it has settled results in me kangarooing off the drive or stalling..

Any ideas on the probable diagnosis?
