Volvo OBD2 Software

My 850 T5 has got an OBD2 connector, however I'm having a bit of trouble finding out how to read engine codes!

Does anyone know of any software which will read/view OBD2 codes from late 90's Volvo's?

I bought a little OBD reader off of Ebay for £18!!! reads & clears any codes just plug & play could'nt be simpler.

Mines a 2000 2.4 V70 btw

Great, which OBD2 reader did you buy? Do you know the model number?

This is the one I have, cheap as chips & its tiny which is kind of handy, I bought it off ebay so I guess they are available on there still
