What are the recommended cambelt change intervals on a V40 1.9d (2002)? Thanks

Volvo will tell you 60k I'd go with 50k or every 4 or 5 years - seen them severely deteriorated by 60k on some cars - fit a genuine or gates belt and change the tensioners (should come as a kit)
