I built the sailing yacht today.

A good build although slightly odd that it sits on a pair of wheels, probably to imitate the fact that yachts sail on their side.

And it doesn’t float!!! The cheaper Lego City boats float so I sort of expected this one to float as well.

Duh, if it's got wheels it's obviously a land yacht! biggrin

He’s not allowed deliveries.
Many companies will deliver to a drop off point like a local shop or locker. Careful selection could allow for delivery to fit in with a legitimate need to go out.

I know selling is verbotten, but I have the service truck, it is built but I have an opened but otherwise undamaged box and all the original packaging, I'm prepared to disassemble, bag all the parts in sealed bags and package in a secondary box to protect the original box and "let it go for a sensible amount" if anybody is interested.

I'm in the middle of (have been for months now!) disassembling the AROCS, with the intention of moving it on. Need space for lunar lander!

Originally built the 3245, then the articulated truck, then decided to sell so built the 3245 again for some pics. So I've verified that all parts are present but will also be doing a parts count vs the list in the book once disassembled. Still have box and instructions.

Hi Russ, I wanted to acknowledge your post - that's a generous offer, but for someone that I'm likely to build once or twice and then pass on, I can't justify that.

Cheers.

And has it come with the Checker plates to cover up panels when it starts to bubble?
