Something weird going on there - the two white winglet pieces into which the flex axles fit aren't symmetrical.
Yeah, I think he's fitted the mounts too far to the rear of the diffuser:

Here's mine:

Unless I've done mine wrong? I'll dig out the instructions.

Edit:

Yes, Brummie's put the mounts into the two holes at the back of the diffuser; they should be mounted further forward next to the exhausts on the blue uprights you can see in his pic.

You’ve spotted a different error - I was talking about the white flex axles which form the window line, not the black flex tubes laugh

One winglet moved - left hand was out by by one hole.

Apart from that I can’t see anything else wrong. The black flexi pipes are correct - rebuilt the back end this morning just to be certain.

To me it looks like you need to remove the clip from that black peg to the blue one up next to the exhaust. Then the run will match the pictures above.

They aren't - look how they're mounted next to the exhaust in the instructions. The blue pins sticking out should be a clue!

Looks like the right hand side of the flexipipe needs to attach the the blue pin below the ‘h’ of the Porsche sticker.

911 RSR was a good build but I was getting mightily pissed off with the amount of stickers involved.

Sausage fingers and tiny stickers do not well together!

Without wanting to start anything - I know lego v not lego is a bit of a thing - objectively what do you guys think of this:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/NFtop-Building-Constructi...

An F1 car would be cool and currently this is all that comes up, so not sure what the IP theft claims relate to.

No need to resort to hooky Lego knock offs.

Take a look on rebrickable.com, plenty of F1 MOCs

This one is pretty cool and can be built with parts just from the Porsche 911 RSR (Lego 42096), can be motorised as well with additional parts.

https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-31079/GeyserBrick...

The instructions are only €9.99

After completing that, I realised that I have no talent as a PPF installer!

that site has some interesting stuff thanks, my wife will loath you;)

Crazy pricing on some of the links though - what do people do, use a cheap link for the bulk of the bits then make it up elsewhere?

Have made the ducati - has anyone customised theirs? Thinking a Scott Reading BSB spec predictably!

Sorry for dropping you in it with SWMBO wink

Big plus of the site for me is you can enter the Lego Sets you have and it will tell you which, if any, additional parts you need to build the MOC.
