Had the same issue with my DEFENDER although not the real deal ,in order to make I work had to uncouple one of the drive shafts on the axle ,but like yours mine just sits on a shelf . built the Chiron but all the good bits are hidden as is the 911 Gt3 also have the RSR ,best so far is the ACOS truck with all the working parts and Hiab

I'd like to get the Sian, only because I have the GT3 and Bugatti. I'd also like the RSR as I think it's a similar scale to the old F1 and LM cars.

Same here apart from the RSR, which I'm not keen on. Hopefully Santa will bring the Sian down the chimney at Christmas.

The RSR's a great build, I wouldn't rule it out.

Assuming username indicates age(?) when you joined so you know Xmas gifts and such kind of doesn’t really happen so buy it yourself to ensure it comes down the log burner tube.

The All Terrain Crane makes a good build. Plenty of interest in it and it has some level of playability for kids as the main functions are motorised. It is also huge.

There should be some decent offers on this on the run up to Christmas. List price is £230, plenty of places have had this a well under that, £150 or less would be doing well.

+1 for the crane. If it’s £150 it would be an absolute bargain. Nice build and loads of features to play with.

What's left from my stuff going back about 9 years I think... Turned into a bit of an collecting obsession ... Everything sealed. I can understand how people go over the top with watches, handbags etc !

In my defense I have built a few !! Next on the list is the Saturn IV with its small footprint I should be able to fit into my shoebox sized man room.

Good mixture of Star Wars and Technic with a few others thrown in .. I've no idea really what there is which makes it a bit exciting when I eventually decide to catalog it !!

Well done!
I keep my stash scattered around to prevent it looking too big.

I got mine from Amazon (last year?) in the black friday sales.

It was £107.??.

Waiting to see what offers come up at black friday.

I feel like i may spend a fair bit of my car budget on it at this rate.

oooh Just read up on the crane and it has visible pistons too.

Feels strange that even as a car fan I'm tempted to put it higher on my list than the Sian and Bugatti.

Maybe it's due to my youth and Tonka toys.

It's not perfect - Would look nicer with a cab on the chassis, and perhaps suspension, but it it what it is. It's based on a real crane apparently. If you bought it, I doubt you'd be disappointed - you can play with it for hours! Even the kids love it - apart from teh usual crane functions, there's a clever opening cab door, and storage areas with doors for the tool set and spare chains. Four wheel steering and a nicely detailed engine too.

Mine was £139.99 from Amazon in November 2018. IIRC on Black Friday it dropped to something like £120, but just for a few minutes early one morning - I'm not sure if the people who managed to get one at that price had their orders cancelled for some reason. I have to say for the number of parts and overall look and function of the set, I could have paid more than that and not felt ripped-off.
