What’s the collective opinion on the 42108 Mobile Crane everyone?
I enjoyed it - lots of functionality and lots of parts for the price (generally less than €80). Just be aware it has been very cleverly photographed in the Lego pictures and isn't as big as you might expect!generationx said:

Brick link isn’t it Chinese simply stealing IP??? Say no more.
What ?Its people selling Lego parts on a website. All the parts used to make the Charger orange are genuine Lego, i simply used the part numbers from the list in the printed instructions from my Charger set to find and buy the parts in Orange rather than black. Then I made some modifications to the design to make it look more like the car I was wanting to build.
Have a quick look at Bricklink, its actually owned by Lego now I believe.
Are you getting it confused with Alibaba and Lepin ?
Hi from a bit of a lurker on this part of the forum. I tried making a couple of Airfix kits at the beginning of the March lockdown - my 1st for 30 odd years. Came out OK but browsing the scale model part of the forum led me here. I wouldn't have considered LEGO as a viable alternative before then but I purchased the 42108 Mobile Crane to see what all the fuss was about. Loved it!
This is the collection now - most recent and most enjoyable build is the Batmobile. Thanks for inspiration everyone.

For a really enjoyable build and impressive display piece, get the Saturn V rocket, recently re-released by Lego so no need to spend silly money on a 2nd hand one. Wait until the weekend though for double VIP points (=approx 10% off effectively). This is the collection now - most recent and most enjoyable build is the Batmobile. Thanks for inspiration everyone.
