quick question about the rough terrain crane
i've almost finished book 1, and have noticed that the turntable doesn't currently rotate - should it?
before i put on the circular bits that make up the guide rails, i could rotate it if i removed the small cogwheel outside the large black circular piece
i'm pretty sure i've followed the instructions correctly, but really don't want to finish it, then tear it down again if it is a mistake
many thanks
Ben

Yes it should rotate because the actual crane arm itself will eventually sit on the circular piece.quick question about the rough terrain crane

There is a fix, I had issues with mine as well, so trawl back on this thread & you should find the answer.
Lucky you found out now. I didn’t until I had finished book 2 - a complete strip down was needed!!!!

Not sure if that’s sad or really dedicated
I just put the bag contents into individual Tupperware tubs and go from there.
Same, but bought these for Mrs Bobbers who's a jigsaw fan, thought they were perfect for lego so bought some for myself, and they are really handy as they stack, i do have a couple of deeper cardboard boxes for the larger parts though!!I just put the bag contents into individual Tupperware tubs and go from there.
