Pretty much built the sopwith camel only to find the control lines for the elevators have I think been mixed with the aileron lines and will now have to take half the front apart to change the lines over probably to find that all the lines are just a little short.

Finished this earlier on:

Fairly simple build, uses quite a bit of Technic for things like the wing mechanism.

Local toy, sorry, model shop had 25% off last weekend to celar out the old stuff before the 2014 releases arrive, so I had no reason not to get it.

I finished my X-Wing also last weekend. Nice model - bigger than I expected too.

I didn't know this until now but they already made this model way back in 1974. It's got a tad more detail now.

Hi. Bought the wife the campervan for xmas which she loved, and it is good. Would like to buy her next the tower bridge. Is £209 the best price? TIA.

Plenty of the Maersk Triple E in the lego shops in the two London Westfields. Just seems to the lego online store having difficulty supplying it.

I was keen on it at first but put off by the ridiculous number of stickers, which will be a pain to stick on and will probably peel off by 2015. This is one model where they really should have made a brick with MAERSK printed on them properly, there's more than enough of them needed! Maybe they will make a Mk 2 with properly printed bricks and then I'll buy it.

If I had the space for more Lego my spend would also be dangerous.

Girlfriend doesn't even mind how it looks (she actually prefers it to my other scale models).

I've yet to start building mine (moving house and LEGO don't go together well!), but I'm not looking forward to the stickers! I'm so buying the Simpsons house. hehe

Yup

Don't care that the Simpsons House won't "go with" anything I already have

I'm having it

Just been to the Lego shop in Meadowhall and it turns out that the Curiosity Rover is an online only item - Genuinely gutted as I really wanted it - Even picking up the Maersk ship didn't sway me.

I bought a gold minifig keyring and left. Bah.
