Non Technic LEGO
Discussion
Having not long completed my first foray into Lego as a "grown up" 0 my VW Campervan, I was perusing the Lego store latest catalogue and happened to mention that the Millennium Falcon no longer appears to be available.
Mrs Chimp then let slip that I have a fantastic wife who may have managed to procure one for my christmas
Can't. Wait.

They had loads in the lego shop at Legoland yesterday.
What they didn't have was a tumbler.
Do you know if Legoland had the campervan?, was thinking of taking my son at the weekend as we have not been for a few years. What they didn't have was a tumbler.
Smyths have a sale at the moment with some lego reduced, not huge discounts though
Sorry, I couldn't say. I didn't notice it but then I wasn't looking either. It was dead in there yesterday, we walked onto every ride including the dragon rollercoaster. If you can go this week it's worth it.
So proud of the lad tonight, he built his first kit all by himself with daddy only pointing out one place he'd made a mistake. He's not 5 until next month.

Currently half way through building all my kits from back when I was little, does anyone know the best place to get spares from. I need parts to complete a lego set, 6552 Rocky River Retreat. I'm after all the parts required to make the truck.(think a friend might have nicked it)
I don't mind if parts are new or used.

Here is a link to a site, where you can buy the plans (but not the lego) for some amazing formula one cars

Bricklink or Ebay. Your best bet is to find out the part number by looking at the set on Brickset - you can search for 6552 and it will tell you every piece needed to make it. Ebay is easier to use but generally more expensive, if there's a particular piece I want from bricklink I buy some other interesting bits from the seller to make the postage worth while.I don't mind if parts are new or used.
