Just ordered the new y-wing and a-wings, I guess a tie(fighter) in with the new movie.

Some Lego you can't buy - it's a promotional / PR set I blagged from work telling the story of how much air freight we process.

I managed to get a Pet shop set for the mrs and it went down a storm, she loves it!
She's half way through building it. Unbeknown to me, she got me the VW Camper for xmas too, so we were both really pleased biggrin

She's already been out this morning and bought the Brick Bank, and I was rather close to buying the Porsche, however I fancy this little project for the camper first:

My son got the express train yesterday which we built this morning in about 1hr (probably 80% me, he was more interested in table football that he got).

We just need to get more track, the speed in relation to the gauge is ridiculous.

My daughter had for Christmas the Creator 3-in-1 set which has a Winnebago-type RV as one of the models.

That was pretty poor! So much filler and trying to over dramatise real non issues.

Really liked the mosaic maker though. smile

The tower bridge holding 2 cars wasn't particularly impressive once you see that it's a steel structure clad in Lego. Oh well, back to building my Mustang anyway. biggrin

I was really looking forward to watching it, only to find it was a repeat from earlier in the year frown
Has anyone visited the store yet?

It couldn't have been a repeat, the LEGO store was only opened in November.

I visited the store on the first Saturday it opened. Really well managed, busy but controlled entrance meant only xxx number of people in the store at once.

The models shown in the programme are there, all well done. If you intend on buying certain models it is great but you then have to carry them home!

The one on C4 last night hadn't been on terrestrial TV before so I don't know where else you would have seen it. Are we taking about the same one...?

This is up next.

Then the Troop Transport, Ninjago Jays Elemental Dragon and the Temple of airjitzu, which he'll need a hand with smile

No, you aren't. Think DJDest is referring to "World's Most Expensive Toys" perhaps?

Phoned the Lego store in Brighton and they said that they will have Assembly Square to sell on January 1st.
