That suggests 900 cartons with two inners in each, so yes 1800
I'd suggest that they had 900 cartons from Lego, wouldn't expect the same thing in every carton

Someone was trying to sell a bricklinked one for £350, think it was around the £200 at the time.

Maybe £900 or so before.

Just seen that anyone who manages to get hold of the Falcon before the end of the year should get one of the exclusive black VIP cards:

https://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Exclusive

Checked with their online chat team and it includes those who bought before the offer went live. Looking forward to seeing what sort of offers they put out next year.

John Lewis has the Saturn V for all of about 5 minutes this morning, by the time my stock notification email had arrived they were gone!

Not giving up on this, but haven’t seen any stock on the official Lego store at all.

Annoyingly I visited a client yesterday and he had one on the table, he popped in to Brighton Lego store and just picked one off the shelf!

You might want to keep watching it just checked and it showed 1 but by the time I posted it had gone.

I got the Lego Saturn V from this amazon shop

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B06XRXB92G/ref...

but it was £104.99 when I ordered it (+ £6 P&P) It arrived about a week later. So, it may be worth checking regularly to see the price variations. It was badly packed, this is how it arrived.

Sadly not, nearest store is Cardiff but even that is a few hours away.

In rather more humble vein than Saturn rockets and actual size Millennium Falcons, I finally got round to getting some photos of my recent acquisitions.

Legotasm 5 by Nick Liassides, on Flickr

Not exactly complicated to build, but it does have the great advantage that it's one of the few "ornaments" of mine Mrs d Greek allows into the front room. Also got myself a Beetle on our visit to Legoland, which was a lot more fun to build although I'm cursing myself for not thinking ahead enough to two-tone it like my actual Beetle

The accessories annoy me a bit... not every goddamned Beetle owner surfs... but without them the roof looks a bit too flat side to side, it needs more of a curve. Still a nice, fair-sized thing. And more reliable than ..... ummm, my Beetle

Lego themselves haven’t put any on their website for ages (I’m not even sure if they have at all since the initial few batches came and went very quickly).

John Lewis trickle out 3 or 4 every few days, I’ve managed to put one in my basket on 3 occasions but get an OOS message once payment is going through.

Rocking horse poo online for whatever reason, £150 seems to be the going rate from unofficial sources.

Double VIP points at the moment.

And you get a free mini lego shop / lego VIP card if you spend over £100.

Might go into the Leicester Square shop tomorrow and get some more Lesters, which cost £6.99 but people seem to be desperate to pay £25 for them on ebay. I will look to see if they have the Saturn that everyone wants while I am there.

They had loads of Lester's last week, but were being very strict on the 3/household rule.
