I ordered too but I got an email after an hour or so saying the moon lander is now out of stock along with the patch.

Got my Lunar Lander earlier today - with the freebie patch for VIP's this time (unlike the keyring for the Mustang.

Strangely the Trafalgar Square set I ordered at the same time I had a mail stating that they are very busy and orders are being delayed.

I've had a similar e-mail saying my lunar lander will be a couple of days late, but at least I ordered early enough yesterday that they still had stock.

Mines coming today apparently.

Are they short of stock? It looked like it would be one of the more popular sets.

The Lego Discovery Centre shop in Birmingham had one on the shelf yesterday. I remember the Saturn V being on backorder at Lego stores and online for a good while, so they may have learned from that experience.

Have been in the Watford Lego shop this morning, they had a good amount of the moon lander on the shelves, and they've still got the patch as well. Plus at the moment with spends of £85 and over (so 1p more than the moon lander mad) you get a neat little rocket ride free too.

Then heading over to the City theme, there is a load of new Space sets there (not "real" space like the moon lander, but still nice looking sets) and if you spend £35 or more on City, you get a free satellite and spaceman as well. This satellite offer is in-store only, not online.

So I got the moon lander and the City-theme rocket launch base or whatever it is called, and three freebies altogether, kerching.

They had the moon lander built up in one of the display cases, it is a thing of beauty, absolutely one of the best looking Lego sets for years. I can see it being very very popular, more so than the Apollo Saturn V rocket was when that came out.

If anyone has the Saturn rocket and lunar lander can you get a photo together when complete? I have a shelf to put up this week for the Saturn but might not be big enough for both and would be a shame not to have both.

Not my pic, it came from the reviews on the lunar lander's lego shop page (https://shop.lego.com/en-GB/product/NASA-Apollo-11-Lunar-Lander-10266).

WoW. Some of those are amazing. You know any more info on them? Apart from the pictures?

No more info, I just followed a link from last month's Retro Cars magazine. The angular styling of the Delta is perfect for Lego.
