Well, as I'm furloughed and the Gov't are paying me to sit at home, I've not wasted the time and sourced all the bits and built this:
Guinness can for scale!
Pretty simple to build, but an enjoyable couple of evenings with the daughter (even though I did all the sorting and she did all the building)!
Mind if I ask how much it's going to cost for all the bricks? Have an only child relative who loves Lego but struggling & this is right up his street!Guinness can for scale!

This time, in typical bloke style, I thought bks, I'm buying them anyway, plus I want the bits in a couple of days, not in few weeks time! So I ordered all from uk sellers in one evening, not really spending too much time to find all at the best price.
That all cost me £121.49 - which is way more than I'd hoped at the start. Though that is a lot cheaper than buying it in a ready made set (all bits from used bricks, no box, no instructions).
That was from 16 different Bricklink sellers to get all the bits, plus I ordered a few extras of many of them just in case any were damaged, faded, etc. I shouldn't have bothered as every delivery was spot on, with used bricks like new.
With some orders, the bricks cost less than the P&P charges to get what I wanted. In total, over the 16 sellers P&P costs were £33.94 of the above total, so I reckon if I was to order again and be a bit more patient to find the best pricing, then probably get it for around £100. Id be sure you could make offers to sellers for large orders too.
Most of the bricks are are just standard classic bricks, so you may be able to find some job lot bundles on e-bay, etc to help out with the bulk (I was too lazy to spend the time!).
Hope this helps.

Just click on the brick number to buy them from sellers all over the world. You can refine the search on the buying page for qty, sellers location, etc.
It's not a 5 minute job though!

Has anyone ordered from Lego direct recently, aware there are delivery delays with everything going on but placed an order last night and wondering when I will get to build.
Ordered the 8879 speed controller it was with me in a few days, certainly less than a week from placing order to receiving.Delivery times should be back to normal now https://www.brickfanatics.com/lego-shop-shipping-t...

Of course it means I'm now browsing Amazon and doing some man maths to justify spending £450 on a Tumbler...
I have a boxed Tumbler, fully sealed, that I would sell for a bit less than that if you are interested...So I had a bit of a Lego backlog pre-lock down. I had a Mustang, Sat V, ISS and Lunar Lander sat in the garage waiting for me to have some time. 5 weeks in and I'm now out of Lego again and about to order the Fiat 500.
Particularly enjoyed the Mustang build.

Can’t see it mentioned anywhere else but this guy on Instagram creates MOC race cars and then makes the instructions available on Etsy with full instructions but also parts list with correct parts numbers and a pdf you can print to create the stickers.
I’ve bought a few and if anyone wants me for the next week I’ll be sorting through lego stash then hitting bricklink with a shopping list

Arrived today, three days direct from Cobi in Poland (only place I could find one )
Only experience I have with Cobi is the Maserati Range that I managed to blag tree cars from dealer, two are good, one fairly poor but let’s see how this goes.
The tanks build into decent models. I may try out one of the battleships at some point, USS Missouri looks good. Only experience I have with Cobi is the Maserati Range that I managed to blag tree cars from dealer, two are good, one fairly poor but let’s see how this goes.
Meanwhile my Leopard 2 and F4U Corsair turned up today.
