With drink prices in Leicester Square I would expect the Lego to be cheaper.
I wasn't drinking in Leicester Square, I had a couple in Claridge's then a tasting menu (with wine) elsewhere. The total booze bill was more than the Lego bill!

Rather poor photos but the latest wave of Speed Champions are done. I think the best is the “new” 8-wide Ford GT which is a vast improvement over the racing version released a few years ago.

Lol I don’t think I even peeled it…

Next one: Architecture White House is on Amazon for <€60, with 1500 pieces that’s a really good piece/€ price. Trafalgar Square was fun so this should be good.

Trafalgar Square was more like Trafalgar Rectangle.

I built it, but it's not the most representative,

One of the best architecture sets is the newer guggenheim museum.

Its got a few really fun and different building techniques and it is a great display piece after you have made it.

It's ace. Picked up a Chinese knock off as impossible to get hold of. But really very good. Got it sitting alongside the Empire State building (not knock off).

I think there are two 21006 and 21054

I did 21006 and found building the walls very repetative as you have to make 16 of these bits

Difficult tonight.

Trying to watch the footy hoping that Italy win as I have them in the sweepstake at the pub. (Would happily see Italy lose to England IF England beat Denmark as I'll still be quids in)

Meeting girlfriend when she finishes work at 10.

Want to Lego.

Hmmmm

I'm guessing this panned out particularly badly with the Extra Time and Penalties thrown in?!

Well it turned out better than expected. Managed to get to the pub to meet her while extra time was on. She likes footy. Bonus.

Following on from Louiechevy's rather lovely UCS Falcon, has anyone built the UCS Star Destroyer?
