It will probably be £100+ possibly £150 if you go by piece count of modular buildings and a licence fee. So it will need something to draw people in.

I can't wait for this - I'll be able to use the bricks to make my house too as it's a similar colour.

Am slightly disappointed it's only got a single garage though but easy enough to add one on.

Someone will have got hold of one early, they will probably have it on show for trade purchasers soon.
