Has anyone got any muppets mini-figs yet? If so, is there a code of some sort on the packet to identify the character? I'm after "Animal" for Mrs Ash (he's the only one she'd want), so wondered if there was an easy of finding him (without going to the nearest Lego store to ask).
While it's a 100% mark up it might be quicker and easier to line the pockets of an eBay scalper, Animal appears to be a popular figure commanding a slight premium over some of the others which is typical as I quite fancy one and a Fozzy to match a couple of paintings I've bought Mrs Race. rotate

I must admit that I used eBay - £51 for the lot but at least I know that I only have the ones I want

It's not even clear if the 6 pack gets you a guarantee of all 12 with 2 boxes. scratchchin

Every box of 6 is random, some people have had duplicates within that 6!

I've just fished through my desk bin and found out 2 empty packets. Both have exactly the same codes on them. The bar-code is the same, and there seems to be a production code which is the same on both packets (09S2).

Animal looks like it's the one with most components, so select the fattest packet smile

Alternatively, use the toyshop in Sidmouth, as one of their assistants had a 100% success rate in predicting the minifigs (by feeling the packets) for my children about 10 years ago! Perhaps they still have the magic fingers?

I was going to suggest a feel guide (posted above) or visiting an independent toy shop. Our local will sort them (by feel, but have a perfect hit rate) behind the counter as many of the official Lego stores often do.

There is no indicator on the packaging itself, they are true 'blind' bags.

Nope! No little dots on the crimpy bit either. frown The feel guide above is a start, but lots of shops have them behind the counter, so it's a little awkward to hold up the queue whilst you ferret!

As above, there are a few. It's really solid, well made and came well packaged:

It is slightly different, but I love it. It'll go with my Looney Tunes one nicely biggrin

Lego online store a bit slow at the moment, 'in stock' stuff ordered a week ago and still nothing (apart from an email saying they are real busy right now)!

Due to my aforementioned lack of impulse control, I've had several new sets arrive (Mandalorian and Dark Trooper busts, DeLorean) and the Titanic will be due to ship in the next week or two, along with the Ecto 1 from Germany (appreciated the heads-up on that, whoever it was!). So today I decided to build some of the Speed Champions sets which gets them out of the wardrobe and into the display cabinet as I have several spare shelves and the small, cluttery minifigs (from Lego advent calendars) that are currently in it can be packed away easily. I've done the Countach, Lotus, Chevy set and Merc set today - I'm still amazed by the level of detail they achieve in such a small set and they even manage to use some nifty build techniques. They're superb value for money.

Tomorrow will be re-spacing shelving to accommodate them - but it has meant I've managed to stash the DeLorean and the additional Star Wars heads!

Ordered Landspeeder on 1/5, notification yesterday eve to say ‘shipped’. One week to get something sent out is pretty poor tbh.

I got the shipped notification yesterday morning but it's not actually trackable yet, so I'm assuming Monday at the earliest.

I've never known Lego taking 10 days before for an in stock item.
