They look a bit rubbish. If a film is 30 years old then surely make some adult sets to commemorate it.
They did the Diorama which I have and love, I would imagine another adult set would be along at some point. An Icons Ecto-1/Delorean sized Explorer would be awesome and sell like hot cakes.

I'm sure these will be popular anyway, the film is timeless (my 7 year old watched JP1 3 times back to back flying to NYC at Christmas, then again on the way home!)
This.

The only interest I have in any of those sets is buying them for the cars! But I wish they did a bigger/adult version of both the Wrangler and Explorer
They all look ste!

Do you mean the T-Rex Breakout? I thought that too looked a bit basic.

Yes T-Rex breakout, not a complex build but like the similar Star Wars scenes it's a lovely little build and a great display piece.

My son also has the massive T-Rex Rampage set (which is JP but labelled as JW because Universal wanted that) which is an awesome, complex build.

Is anyone interested in retired Speed Champions sets? I have a couple listed in the for sale thread.

Thanks

Fair enough. I’ll look for a Shuttle then.
I have a 10283 in my hands. Found one on eBay that was open box but sealed bags, agreed on £155 and spent £35 of nectar points on it.

I want the teeny-tiny shuttle and the magical unicorn.

Tomorrow I am in the office, which is very close to a Smyths.

Sainsbury's were doing 3 for 2 on LEGO sets yesterday, sadly none of the ones I was after in my local store.

I accidentally bought this on eBay.... No bids the whole time and I put a bid in the last minute and got it for not a horrendous price. Apart from the latest sets (of which I have the McLaren pair) I now am only missing two sets smile
