Don't forget 'not buying' the Pacman set tomorrow too!

The lighthouse is a great build.

There are no plus sides. This is a war on my wallet that Lego is winning.

I both love and hate BrickEconomy - it's great for tracking what sets you have but it also tells me that since I got back into Lego during the first CV lockdown I've spent £8,200. And that'll be £8,500 by tomorrow. yikes

The ONLY thing in my favour is that should I choose to sell it all (which I won't) the collection is apparently worth around £10.5k...

I don't want to know. I really, actually don't...

Edit. I hate you. I've just done a quick look-see of some of my collection. According to this, it's worth £5500 and it's cost (not just to me) around £3200 - truly sobering

Doesn't mean I won't buy any more of course smile

Way too much to share but easy enough to find online, but loads of the next wave of sets have been revealed, a few highlights...

Lego Ideas Jaws
Lego Ideas Cat

A large Captain America Shield replica, for Star Wars the Rebel Base on Yavin 4 playset with 12 minifigures, some new mech type designs (a bit like the Marvel ones) with Boba Fett, Stormtrooper and Darth Vader, a Ashoka Clone Trooper Battle Pack and the usual advent calendar, which looks a little underwhelming.

The shield looks highly repetitive - not my thing...

I've held off on ordering the pac man set too, but only because I already have the current freebie which changes on the 3rd. If it sells out, I'll wait. I currently have 5 sets to build already hehe

The Jaws set looks good but I really hope the Clockwork Solar System gets approved one day - it's on its third or fourth submission now.

Unless you'd a did hard transformers fan I'd maybe skip it, it's not one I think of fondly

If we get a Lego Solar system I want sun orbit and axis rotating planets and a moon that orbits earth too and that stays facing the same way as we go round.

Maybe not the tiny ones around the other planets but 100% earths moon needs to be there and do its thing correctly in time.

It would then be the best educational toy ever made and with help from a light kit to illuminate the sun it would be fantastic.

My brother's done it - says the build was OK but apparently it's a little flimsy doing the 'transforming'. Where it shines is as a finished display model.

Playability issues, possibly? They got burned by Wall-E and the Caterham (in terms of fragility, truly the worst Lego set I have), they seem to be far more cautious with fragile builds now.

I'm not going to bother. I want the PAC man set really - and I spent over £120 on Monday at the Lego store already....
