The 2009 JJprise special and Issue 15 (the USS Equinox/Nova Class) are in shops today.

I picked up some extra Nova's as my subscription copy suffered from the old 'wonky nacelle' condition. Fab ship though, very detailed.

I received USS Dauntless and the Ferengi Marauder this morning. Dauntless looks good, though I have never been a fan of the design.

The Marauder is disappointing. My one is plain orange underneath apart from the translucent yellow warp bits. There is no weathering or detail paintwork at all underneath, which makes it look weird as there is loads - too much on top. Is anyone else's like that?
Wow, jealous! Never known a delivery come this early ahead of Thursday. I normally get mine on the Wednesday before, some people have had them on a Tuesday.

Pictures of the Dauntless please, I'm looking forward to that one! The Ferengi less so.

Gah, you lot all beat me this month, you lucky devils.

The Marauder has a strange weathering, but the Dauntless looks perfect.

Some great shots there, thanks!

A fine looking model, I always liked this design and was disappointed at the end of the ep when it turned out to be a fake.It looked highly probable as an experimental Starfleet ship.

Jesus, can't believe you still haven't got anything. I admit EM are one of the most patchy companies I've ever seen, they've been totally faultless (so far) for me, but others have such issues, as you do.

With all the QC/delivery issues, I'm glad I stuck to wasting money on 1/18 scale car models. Shame frown
To be fair, All of mine have been good with the exception of one Defiant and one Equinox. Everything else is spot on. The JJprise has been the worst for consistency, loads report poor build and finishes, I've picked up three (one to keep, two to ebay) and they are all spot on perfect.

My Issue 16 and 17 had an attempted delivery yesterday but didn't get them until this morning.

The Dauntless is brilliant, again, so pleased to see one off ships rarely seen again being featured.

The Ferengi D'Kora has never been one of those designs I've been interested in, a bit like the Solar Sailor coming up next month, I'll get them as a subscriber, but its not something I can get excited about. Thankfully there are very few in the proposed collection that fit that description.

The Marauder looks st! Also has anyone else got issues with theirs going into the holder? Mine doesn't flush fit like the others and falls out very easily!
Yep, I tested mine to take a quick snap and it wouldn't really sit at all. There is a way of fitting onto the 'head' of the ship, which some suggest is more secure, didn't make much of an improvement on mine, still doesn't sit very well. Good job the ship is too pig ugly to display eh. smile

What's your Marauder like underneath? I'm not sure if I got a dud as there is no detailed paintwork.
Yep, pretty basic and no paint, they are all like that.

Yep, my subs copy of Issue 18 and 19 arrived on Weds...

Stargazer is fantastic, although mine came with its lower nacelles broken off, all super glued up now though and its fine.

The Solar Sailor is a bit lame, but looks ok ish displayed. Extremely fragile though, not a highlight of the collection and up there with the Borg Sphere for dullness.

My issue 20 & 21 arrived today, bang on time as seems to be usual now. Will take a pic later.

Enterprise E is fine, bit small due to it being a long design, some good details but lacks the crispness of some of the other sculpts due to it being a large ship in a small scale, if that makes sense.

The Klingon Attack Cruiser is a good one, great size, solid, looks pretty faithful to my eyes.

In other Star trek ship news, I got the latest Art Asylum/DST Starship Legend, the USS Excelsior. Again, will post pics but its absolutely brilliant, prefer it to the Enterprise B from last year, looks perfect to me.

The Krenim ship is interesting but it's the Nebula I'm looking forward to particularly.

My delivery was attempted on Sat so they are arriving super early this month.

Got it today, only had a quick look, Nebula (the USS Honshu interestingly) is very nice. Krenim ship interesting.

Issue 28, the Maquis raider hit the shops today, I've picked one up and its one of the good ones, really good size and sculpt. Only downside, the paint is very silver, and looks a bit odd. Still, nothing worth worrying about.

My subs delivery hasn't arrived yet, so can't comment on Issue 29, the Jem Hadar Attack Ship, but it looks great in peoples posts to the Facebook page.

My subs copy finally arrived today, same day as Issue 29 is in the shops.

I was perhaps a bit lukewarm about the raider at first, but its a real grower, its great.

The Jem Hadar Attack ship is perfect, totally perfect. A great month all in.

My Vengeance special has arrived, but no sign of the Runabout and Hideki issues that are due this week.

The Vengeance is very good and well worth picking up. Still not a big fan of the design, bit too fanboy ish with theres elements I really like, irregular hull panelling, the colour. smile

Well my issue 32 and 33 arrived today. Both are perfect to me, the Runabout is a good representation and the Hideki is so wonderfully obscure that its great to have, plus it looks great too.
