Thanks vaderface, I reckon I will still grab one then, just as you have done use blutak to give it that little bit extra.
No worries Ash, Tiny bit of blu tack and it isnt going anywhere!Well worth adding to the collection.
When / if i finish decorating the house i,ll pop some collection pics up.
If anyone else feels like putting up their collection pics feel free.
Almost finished the Lepin UCS Y-Wing. Spread the build out an hour per night so I didn't finish too quickly. I can vouch for the blutack on the long connectors at the back. Just a tiny wee dot for each and they are solid enough. Am also glad I bought the flat silver piping at the back - looks so much better than what Lepin supplied and are very cheap on Bricklink. Only the cockpit and stand to go so should be finished soon and will post a pic when done.

Excellent first post and welcome!
Would love to see pics of the MF and Shuttle builds, if you have yet to do the ISD read my post from a few pages ago, I had real problems with the hull panels and the magnets etc, in the end I had to Kragle it to make them hold, otherwise it would have just continually fell apart, but it is the most impressive set I own now it's complete and on display.
Thanks Ash - good to be here.Would love to see pics of the MF and Shuttle builds, if you have yet to do the ISD read my post from a few pages ago, I had real problems with the hull panels and the magnets etc, in the end I had to Kragle it to make them hold, otherwise it would have just continually fell apart, but it is the most impressive set I own now it's complete and on display.
I thankfully had read your posts on the ISD before beginning the build so I knew what to expect and had the Kragle ready. Good thing too, as there is no way the hull would have stayed together without it. The magnets are fine, but the clutch power of the bricks is comparatively too low. Had to glue not only the magnet holders but also all the pieces taking the load of the magnets on the frame. Will post some pics and a more detailed review.

...Interestingly there are rumours that the 40th anniversary of Star Wars this year could see the Lego UCS Millennium Falcon re-issued. Now this poses an interesting question. The R&D has already been done for the original issue and as far as I know almost all the parts are in current production. So, the price should be relatively low, right? Yeah…in your dreams. My gast would be well and truly flabbered if it was priced below £500. So carry on Lepin.
That’s it (hope you were sitting comfortably). Now for the build - my God it's a big set
I underestimated them! https://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Millennium-Falcon-7519...That’s it (hope you were sitting comfortably). Now for the build - my God it's a big set
What a ridiculous price.
Nice looking thing but very little difference from the old model - a couple of interior scenes and about 2300 extra pieces (most likely 2000 of which are just the tiny pieces that go on the exterior).
I'm more than happy with my £150 Lepin "old" version which is nicely displayed in the spare room (though it attracts some frowns and "hmphs" from swmbo...
There's also a Red 5 X-Wing waiting to be built.

I don't understand what you are saying. Is the ecto 1 different from the ecto 1+2? Isn't the later ecto 1+2 just the same car but with a motorbike? (I'm not an expert but they look the same to me) lepin do make the ghostbusters vehicle for less tha 20 quid
