£17, eek interested in how well it goes together and the mini(minnie?)fig quality.
I bought the same from WOBB and built it yesterday. went together very easily, no parts missing (unlike recent official kits bought) and is reasonable quality. some of the bricks arent finished to the highest degree (minor surface scratches/blemishes) but nothing major

Tbh I don't think supply was as effected as much as reported/rumoured.

Certainly the stuff I'm keeping a keen eye on like the Hoonicorn MOC and the different colours of GT3 seem to have hardly been delayed.
Some of the Harry Potter and Star Wars stuff seems to be harder (but not impossible) to find, also smaller sets have all but disappeared while bigger sets are easier to get. I just had a Caterham delivered and it was complete, the only difference being stickers instead of printed bricks. However the first one didn't arrive and had to be refunded so I had to reorder, I heard rumours of sets being seized after despatch before they left China, so maybe that happened.

After the success of the Steamboat Willie I’ve ordered the WOBB Taj Mahal for the princely sum of £26!

My eldest lad has just finished building the Lepin Simpsons House today, he started it last year and built the car then never went back to it. It has gone together well with no missing parts or other issues.

He now wants the Kwik-E-Mart, so I hope the Lepin version will still be available.

On the Taj Mahal ... well it’s farcical. Only 21 steps for 3950 pieces - most steps include installing a few hundreds bricks!

Plus the brick count for each step is incorrect too! Basically working blind from the manual diagram!

Have I read this wrong, there is a manual for a 3950 piece set with only 21 steps in it?

Are the knock off sets not 100% like for like, i.e. can't you just use the online manual from Lego?

Yup, 21 steps 3950 piece. One of the steps last night was 326pieces lol ... and it was wrong / short

They don’t appear to be like for like - def not in the case of the Taj. Some of the planes are unsupported which Lego themselves wouldn’t do - so the brick lines don’t marry correctly.

https://www.yourwobb.com/ has an excellent reputation and I've bought a set from them and it was faultless.

They're also active on the Lepin subreddit.

Need some “unofficial” Lego purchasing help chaps and I’m not familiar with purchasing from the Far East. My oldest has recent discovered become obsessed with Lego but more specifically the Pirates of the Caribbean sets they made when the films were out. Of course given these sets are now out of production they’re rather hard to get hold of!

Has anyone ever seen any of these sets on the Chinese sites and if so where?

Additionally if the sets are available has anyone ever seen this https://www.ecrater.co.uk/p/32037711/davy-jones-pi... Davy Jones mini fig character anywhere? It’s the one he really wants but they go for about £70 in original form!

Has anyone seen the Scooby Doo sets on these sites? Wouldn't normally go non-Lego but my son loves Scooby Doo and Lego but the official sets are long gone.

There's a knock-off of Scooby-do by Bela. Can't vouch for quality to this seller link

Pirates of the Caribbean sets are out there both Yourwobb and Jeremywhatsup have them I've bought from both sellers.

I'd recommend looking at the Lepin Reddit to find recommended sets and sellers.

We’ve found all the Pirates minifigs on the Aliexpress app (which I can already see is going to be deadly!)

Can anyone give me an idea of quick shipping is for small packages like those?

We’ve had a few of the Scooby-Doo kits from Bela and they have all been very good and equal the Lepin quality.

Not quite standard anymore but you’ll get the picture...

This is very very tempting

In answer to the above question the DeCool Chiron is £99 shipped on Yourwobb and £77 from Jeremywhatsup I've bought from both shops although not a Chiron.
