Sure, it came from joooooy after a recommendation on here. The guy has a busy Facebook group which he regularly interacts with and lots of positive feedback. Currently shipments are going out via air not boat/train at no extra cost - mine arrived in 2 weeks.
The sites slightly more expensive than you’ll find on ali, but for me it was worth the extra.

Thanks very much. Has anyone had any issues with jooy? I liked the Ali method where the money is held

Just finished this kit off. It's not even a brand I've seen but I saw this on eBay for £15 and couldn't resist.

Over a thousand stupidly tiny pieces...

Overall it's a good little kit, assembly of the two figures made me want to play Street Fighter so I could kick their heads in. Assembly was so fragile you could barely put pressure on the pieces without other parts moving. Ideally glue is your best bet although they will stay put if you're gentle.

Also the instructions are basically on two sides of a large sheet so you really have to concentrate, then the last part throws you a curveball of choosing A OR B but the instructions indicate you do both. But does look really cool...

It actually came with a light that can be installed in the top to light up the cabinet but this will do for now.

Luke.

1060 pieces to be precise although a handful were left over of some smaller pieces. Stands about 8" high I would say.

I can't say it was an enjoyable build all the way through, the figures themselves are infuriatingly fragile but it's a very cool looking piece. for the money, worth a punt either way. smile

Does anyone who "lepins" or "mould Kings" know if they do this element in orange?

Lego do not, so I cannot get it officially and its the last bit I need to make the fast and furious dodge charger into a Dukes of Hazard General Lee.

I need 4, two per side at the front. I swapped the black ones for yellow from Lego but its still noticeable.

Quick search of Aliexpress just shows the standard colours from somewhere random like this
I'll put a query on r/lepin subreddit if anyone has better method for searching or know's a good supplier.

Could a thin 1x5 straight piece like this be substituted?
Or 1x4 thin + a cheesewedge?

Alternatively contact https://www.yourwobb.com/ who have been good suppliers of sets to Europe and may be able to help.

Build looks fantastic btw, Yehaw.cool

r/lepin suggested gobricks.cn who appear to have what you need. link

However the site is all in Chinesse and Google translate doesn't like it either. Yourwobb do sell some of the kits from gobricks so maybe they can help source these parts.

Cool, it may well be possible then, I will try and persevere with the link and see if I can get 4 in orange.

I tried a few other parts in there but typically it's hard to do because that assembly all hangs off the bit that sticks out, a plain straight part won't connect easily.

I have done quite a bit more now as some of my bricklink order arrived yesterday, still waiting for another couple of parcels so I will update again once i have done a bit more. Mostly tidying up around the rear and trunk lid.

Camera on the phone, its capable of taking good pictures but sometimes chooses to do a rubbish job.

Might not have helped that I put the main focus on the yellow bit but Orange is one of the colours it has a struggle with from time to time.

I'm slowly trawling this thread from the start to try and understand what's good and what's not with Lepin. I'm 16 pages in but still stuck in 2016. I'm after the Saturn V and possibly the shuttle too. Is AlieExpress still the way to go? If so, what sellers?

Also, what the deal with the Lepin brand name? I don't see anything sold as Lepin on AlieExpress. Are they all Lepin kits, just not named, or do I need to beware of ripoffs of Lepin now!

Lepin is now named King/ Mould king.
There are other company's aswell, Decool, Bela, Sy, You dont have to buy of Aliexpress.
A lot of people use yourwobb. Google them.

Thanks vaderface. I’ve seen this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001028685486.html...

But the price seems almost to good to be true £43 for Saturn V. Am I missing something?

I bought mine from aliexpress (although a different seller). It was £60 odd quid.
Very pleased with it so far, the finish on some of the bricks isn't quite as good, I'd give it a 9/10 but it's very good considering its 1/3 the price of real lego.
The build so far

The only issue so far is a dodgy U
