If built, I can't see anything lasting long in the post, and if some of the horror stories about tttish eBay buyers are true, getting a "built" model through the post in 500 pieces will be guaranteed to claim a refund.
Maybe gumtree and Facebook market place, for collection only. Might limit your market, depending on where you are, but saves packing it so securely it cost £50 to post!

It's not the busiest but this is the specific subreddit for selling non-lego bricks.

Built a few of the wish kits now.

I essentially use them as a lamp in my office. I need another couple though to fill the bookcase up. Then may have to take a trip to IKEA and get some more inserts for the next lot.

It's just that photo. The only issue I've had with it was the ejector seat it needed some tweeking to make work. I basically had to file a couple badly moulded bricks but other than that it cost me £30 delivered so I can't complain.

Little advise please, bought a Lebo Fiat 500 kit from yourwobb, got around 1/3rd of the way through and we're missing bricks left, right and centre. Must be about 20-30 bricks we've found so far, some of them impossible to use anything else (the door hinges).

I wouldn't of minded a few missing pieces but I'm a little disappointed so many are missing that we know of, possibly many more. What's my best plan of action?

I had really good email comms with Loy Chen when buying my Saturn tower. Drop him an email!
I assume you have checked the other bags . I did find my Saturn bags were not quite accurate and odd pieces were in random bags!

as said email him very quick replies I think the request for missing or broken parts are as follows ...get the instruction book and circle the parts and email him the pics he then sends it to the factory who then send him the missing items .well that was what I was told to do .

Having seen the Titanic on this thread, I looked into Cobi and 5 minutes later I’’d ordered the Warspite from Bricktanks!

Really enjoyable build. I think I’ll go with the Belfast next before buying the German fleet. Bismark is out of production but hopefully I can pick up either a second hand set or find a seller with one still in stock.

For the guys that use yourwobb, how long do you normally wait for dispatch or delivery information? I order some small stuff on the 6th Feb and not heard anything yet except thanks for your order email.

Cheers.

Paul.

Seems to be a bit of interest in warships at the moment so I thought some of you might be interested in this Type 45 model I built using the blocks from a couple of Cobi Armed Forces kits and a lot of additional blocks from Cobi, lepin and Lego.

That is what I started with. It is very wrong in terms of scale and details and so I couldn't finish there. I purchased a second one of those kits and rebuilt it from scratch to an approximate 1:150 scale which took almost all the blocks from both kits. There are also a lot of additional blocks added in order to get the details. The finished model is about a metre long.

Wow, that looks really good. How long did it take to build?

That's fantastic, very impressive and way bigger than the one I shared a link for. smile

Thanks again for the compliments.
After I built the first Armed Forces kit that Ash posted a link to and was very disappointed with the result so I broke it back down and put it away.
Eventually I decided to have a go at building a model the old fashioned Lego way, i.e. using my imagination and to my own design.
A second Armed forces kit was purchased and it took me a few weeks (only working now and again) to construct the basic hull and superstructure to an approx 1:150 scale.
The details of the superstructure, sensors etc took far longer than I would like to admit.
It is in my office and for months afterwards every time I looked at it I saw details that could be improved so after a visit to bricklink that was sorted, only to show up another detail that could be improved and so on.
Pretty happy with now it looks now.

So the Titanic now complete too. My fat fingers had trouble tying off the funnel stays so have left them off!

Def one of the coolest models I have done. Great value, great build. I enjoyed this one!
