Now comes the interesting bit … This will be the first modern set I’ve had to build without all the pieces in numbered bags.

I’m going to go to B&M tomorrow to buy some plastic trays or something.

It’s not going to be easy I hardly have any space !

Odd, all the knockoff sets I have came in numbered bags!

Postie's been.
Listed as A2118/6688 BMW M 1000 RR, I'm not sure who one it actually is. 20 days shipped from China for £47.
Not done a parts check but there are two windshields, one printed, one not.
Looks like it's going to be significantly bigger than the Ducati.

Ordered it from Youmko. £47 Inc shipping - which seems to be around the three week mark.
Have another couple of stocking fillers for the boy under the tree, and have built this, which for £6 was a bargain.

Turns out the bags are numbered it was just really small but no ref to numbers in manual so hope they refer to build stages.

Ordered a proper name plate sticker from Australia !

UCS X-Wing update ... Very impressed by the quality of the bricks I would say about 98% of Lego with the odd fitting not as tight as it should be or requiring a little more force.

I have the fuselage just about complete but missing parts have stopped play today :-(

Just ordered the bits for a fiver but overall still very pleased when you consider the real think is upwards of 300 quid on eBay !

Struggling with my MOC F-14 Tomcat. Over 2,000 pieces, mostly grey and fiddly

Gonna look bloody brilliant though.

X-Wing missing bits came yesterday superb service from the eBay seller.

Will finish tonight.

It’s bloody huge I remember it half the size I must have been thinking about one of the other X-Wings.

The transfers on the S-Foils are pretty poor with ink smudges.

Any pictures yet, I want to see just how big it is ( and if I can then swap out my smaller one without the other half noticing) !
