That lunchbox is awesome, I craved so much as a kid for one. I remember the school poser had one, think I must of been about 9-10 at the time and the kid that had reebok pumps, adidas torsion, nike air max when they first came out, well he was the kid with the lunchbox!
I had more bits arrive today for my slash and TRX6. Chose two sets of wheels for the slash as I have a polished concrete floor in the carpark of my building and it drifts perfectly on that surface. Just don't ever take it on tarmac as it doesn't like cornering on high grip surfaces at all.

Loving the Wera tools, and the Serpent hex wrench too!

Not so sure on the paint scheme though?
Is it a full body wrap, but applied to the inside?
Also why does it not have any window cutouts.
Just curious you see.

I know I posted the pic of mine earlier in the thred, but I couldn't help posting it again. Snap! Which beach was yours taken at?
Yes, they are great fun Ray. I find the stock steering setup is very very poor, but enough to get you sliding on the sand. After the plastic wing mirrors kept on snapping off I bought metal ones, and then bought metal wheels too, but the rest is all as Tamiya intended. The beach pictured is near Calais. I don’t know how you find yours, but it helps to have a vast patch of sand to drive these things on as it’s like steering a boat.tracer.smart said:

I assume it is a hydrodip type affair applied to the inside. I do have a sticker pack for the windows but not 100% sold on putting them on yet.Is it a full body wrap, but applied to the inside?

What I really want is a cullinan body but can’t find one anywhere to butcher.

Also what is that great big effin car on the wall?
The grave digger is a 1/10 by Axial and the big one is a Losi DBXL K and N edition 1/5th scale, it’s huge and the loudest thing in the world.phil1967 said:

I suppose this counts as RC? Well it is actually a Radio Control, instead of the model, but you know what I mean.
This was delivered today, another one of my impulse buys.
It’s the FlySky Noble NB4.
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect for less than £150 all in, but my god this thing is really nice.
It’s got a lovely heavy weight And feel to it, the screen and top is milled aluminium, as is the lower clip on battery.
The speed it turns on is literally less that a second, compare that to my Spektrum DX6R, which cost 5 times as much, and if I’m honest is a cheap and nasty transmitter, which I actually wish I had never bought.
Anyway here’s some pics of my Lovely new Noble NB4.
Even the package is a nice quality, it feels like an Apple product almost!
