The decals didn't behave, unfortunately so the completion is delayed whilst I sort out what to do next.

These old Airfix kits are really let down by the transparent cockpit mouldings aren't they. The one on the He177 I have looks shocking bad now, but probably seemed fine 'back then'.

They are of their era.

I could have replaced the transparent parts with some Falcon Vac replacements but I stuck with the originals.

Being a 1959 moulding it was a bit of a struggle but in the end it was the modern replacement decals that I was most disappointed with.
