Can’t think why I didn’t post pics of the finished car.

I will try to post them today, of course it still hasn’t been run yet due to the poor weather then all this lockdown crap.

Now I remember, it was when we had all the issues posting pictures, which thankfully is now resolved.

Pictures incoming.

Here we go with the Completed Serpent.

Hopefully soon it will get it’s first run out!

Looks stunning, looks like you've done a great job there!

Look forward to videos of it running once we're allowed to do fun stuff again!

Thanks Bud!

Yep of course will do my best to get some videos up of the maiden run out!

And as it’s big enough to mount my Garmin Action cam on board we should get some action footage with speed and G metrics overlayed too!

Love it. I often think about getting another one, then I watch them being raced and thin better of it.

The one thing about 1/8 scale racing is the crashes are almost always terminal because of the high top end speeds!

Lots of fun to race though!

Ended up watching some youtoob vids of these racing. There's no way I would be able to concentrate that hard for a whole race. I had trouble just watching the video!

Would be like karting, seems like a good idea, fun at first then becomes mental torture the more you do it! Super impressive little machines though.

I do wonder if RC racing has become too fast- was chatting to an old mate after sharing pics of my CAT build on facebook who I used to race 1/10 TC with, turns out he had had a go at getting back into it a few years ago, but said he couldn't cope with the crazy speeds that brushless and lipo had brought and it took some of the enjoyment out of it. I know most clubs run stock classes with sealed motors, but that's the other extreme of being a bit slow and boring.
