Right ( passenger) side rear fins

The twin rear lights have leds, the larger lower one is unlit but is supposed to be just a reflector on the real thing so not a problem.

Got the RH rear wing attached, so it’s looking a bit more like a Caddy. Had a sneaky go at placing the body on the chassis.

Now Christmas and a couple of other builds are out of the way, on with the show

LH rear wing and rear bumper put together and attached. Also had another go at fitting the body and chassis together, it’s not easy.

Got some 3D printed parts from shapeways to replace some of the interior, looks a lot better.

Almost ready to put the chassis and body together, I will try to remember to update this thread when that’s done.

2 issues away from completion and it’s looking like the supplier have gone into administration mad
Will update this thread when I know more.

Gutting, what parts are you missing?

That’s pretty gutting. I wonder if the missing parts exist…somewhere? Might they become available on EBay at some point? If all else fails, a resin 3D printer may save you?

At the moment nobody knows what’s happening. Communication was never good at the best of times, it’s now a black hole.
There are supposedly 37 issues, Ive got up to issue 35, which is as far as anyones got. So just missing parts to finish the roof rack equipment plus the top to the display case.

I’m actually behind with the build at the moment. I took the floor off to install a power mod making it mains powered, and I’ve stupidly misplaced the screws. Anyone got a source of 2.3x5mm screws?

That’s a bit cr4p , and was always my fear with them, I did buy the huge JB Aston Martin , but from eBay, knowing any missing parts were available, hope you can resolve any missing bits!

Oh crap, I'm sorry to hear that news for you as your progress looks amazing.

Eaglemoss cover a huge range of sci fi model brands so that's going to hit a lot of people if they go under.

Just seen this thread for first tone. Epic work but so sad to hear about the position now on with 2 issues to go. Hope gets resolved and you are able to complete.

EBay or Amazon is where I go for metric fasteners for models.

EBay - only available from China
Amazon - their search for screw sizes sucks, it returns just about every size screw but the ones I want.

I've had stuff like this from China before - no big deal.

There's at least a glimmer of hope that this series will be completed as the assets have been bought by PCT who manufactured the parts in the first place:

Picked this up again after 9 months and some more aftermarket bits. Finished the interior and got the body attached - managed to break one of the roof light’s while doing so, will get out the superglue later.
