On ITV - last night, tonight, tomorrow and Thursday.

Seemed to have a nicely dark undertone, but the husband figure - bloody hell, surely if he was that gormless/slow, the estate agent wouldn't have married him in the first place?

Anyway, might be a good story.

But if it doesn't pick up the pace a tad, it will be re-runs of QI, again...

I agree it has been a little slow to start, but I'm looking forward to tonight's episode.

Sadly I gave up after 15 minutes. I was looking forward to this as the trailers looked good. I could not understand a word the lead actor was saying which negated any chance of understanding the plot. Why is it perceived good acting to mumble all your lines nowadays?

Yes have to agree. He’s started off the same tonight 😒

Quick request - does anyone know the song played in the 2009 New Year’s party flashback?

Shazam was not having it 😖

Blimey! Thank you.

That was one of the songs - but in tonight’s episode he has a flashback and it’s the slightly ravey/ trance like song playing.

Bloody Shazam

It’s going to haunt me ...

Tip - if you watch with the subtitles on, it often says which song is playing. But sorry, I can't remember the other song.

It also helps with mumbly dialogue.

Got to say the lead actor/husband of the sister is so bloody gormless there would be no chance of the sister going out with him a second time, let alone marrying him. Unless he has some super power or is very rich maybe.

It’s been a bit mediocre as far as I’m concerned. After things like Unforgotten, Line of Duty, Happy Valley it’s a let down.

Still, only one more episode to go......

I disagree. I know that PH is inhabited almost entirely by powerfully built company directors, who probably use the Donald Trump method of attracting partners, but some women actually like a shy, gentle and caring approach. Especially if (as with Holly's character) the woman is feeling vulnerable or unsure whether she can trust someone, or let her guard down. I find Nathan's character quite endearing, and I think they've got the balance just right.

Speaking from personal experience (as a woman).

Was slow but I’m enjoying it.

Bob sounds like a David Beckham.

What a predictable load of ste. I usually give up after a few episodes of these dramas but stuck this one out as was expecting a twist at the end. Should’ve buried it after episode one.

Good spooky ending I suppose.
Improves my score for it to 5 ghosts out of 10 Nathans .

My Shazam managed to ping it, if it's the one I think, it was Goldfrapp - Ooh La La.

I thought the friend Bob was proper spooky. Not sure how he and Nathan would have gelled to begin with, and it was tooooo long by half. Also I think they could have made more of the deadwife haunting Bob over the years, then had Bob haunt Nathan at the end.

But what do I know?

Just to add, the family home of the sisters was v. nice, riverside with church next door? Lush.
